EXCHANGE POLICY
For Non-Shipped Orders
If your order has not been dispatched, and you would like to exchange it for a different color or size (as long as the item is in stock), please contact our customer service team. Note that only different options of the same item can be exchanged; other items are not eligible for exchange.
For Shipped Orders
If your order has already been dispatched, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return once you receive the product. You are welcome to place a new order with us to reduce your waiting time. Please be aware that any shipping and customs fees incurred for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to apply for a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with tags intact. If your return is approved, the return package must be shipped within 7 days of submitting the return application, and you must provide the logistics tracking number to our customer service team.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please provide images and a video of the package as it was opened, so we can assess the condition. If you miss the return deadline, your application will be automatically canceled.
Specific Return Conditions
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Consult with photos and videos so we can evaluate the issue and provide the best solution as soon as possible. If the return request is not due to a quality issue, the return shipping fees and customs charges will be borne by the customer.
Return Process for Defective or Damaged Items
Once we confirm that the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered, we will promptly process a replacement or a refund. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes. If the inspection shows that the product is not defective, we will return the item to you.
Important Notes:
- A $5.99 handling fee will be applied to each returned item and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties associated with the return parcels. (Note: We currently do not provide return shipping labels, and customs duties collected at the time of delivery will be deducted from the final refund amount.)
Conditions Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The return request or dispatch date has passed.
- The product shows signs of being worn or used.
- The product has been damaged or altered by the customer (e.g., altered hems).
- Items like innerwear, socks, or any product that comes into direct contact with the skin.
- The product tag, accessories, or warranty card is missing.
- The product's outer box, wrapping, or packaging is significantly damaged, or if a return shipping label has been directly attached to the packaging.
Note
Please be aware that the following are NOT considered quality issues:
- Loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in color from the display.
- Dissatisfaction with the style and/or color, and changes in personal taste and preferences.
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other human factors.
- Returns due to sizing issues.
RETURN ADDRESS (KINDLY NOTE)
Any address on the package will not be accepted as a return address. Packages returned to a return address not authorized by customer service will not be returned or refunded. If you need a refund or return, kindly contact our customer service team (support@tangckids.com) to obtain the correct return address before sending your return package.
RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING
After you send out your return package, please email us with a photo of the parcel. We will be in touch with you once it’s received and processed. Kindly ensure that you send us a traceable tracking number to ensure it reaches us safely and promptly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations if the order has already been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
For Non-Shipped Canceled Orders
Refunds for non-shipped canceled orders will be processed back to your original payment account within 3-14 business days.
For Return Orders
For return orders, we will apply for a refund as soon as possible after we receive the return package and check the condition of the returned product. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment account within 3-14 business days.
